  • Textual reference according to Al-Alusi and its impact on the differences of jurists, Surat Al-Baqarah as a model
    • Overview:

This research addresses an important topic in the principles of jurisprudence: the topic of textual indications, particularly the implications of a text or its implicit meaning, with many applications drawn from Surat Al-Baqarah.

This research aims to benefit scholars in the field of jurisprudence, facilitate the understanding of its general principles, and contribute to the study of jurisprudential science. The researcher employed the inductive approach by extrapolating the indications of the text from Surat Al-Baqarah in the Noble Qur’an. Additionally, the researcher utilized descriptive and analytical approaches to explain the text’s implicit meaning, its significance, and its impact on the differences among jurists.

One of the key findings of this research is that there is a limited number of applications of textual indications mentioned by fundamentalists, while the Holy Qur’an is abundant with such indications that can be deduced. Furthermore, the need for deeper reflection on the text and the use of reasoning reveals that the knowledge of divine principles may be granted to one scholar over another, as guided by Allah’s will, and that true understanding is rooted in piety and fear of Allah, which leads to divine enlightenment.

  • The extent of application of governance principles in Islamic banks operating in Misurata
    • Overview:

Governance has become one of the most important mechanisms and means used to maintain the stability of the financial system in general and the banking system in particular. It can be said that governance in banks plays an important and primary role in the management process, as its application and adoption of its basic principles contribute to defining and separating ownership, management, and performance oversight, and defining the responsibilities and tasks of each of them, as well as improving banking performance and efficiency and preventing it from being exposed to cases of corruption and financial failure. Therefore, the current study aimed to identify the extent of applying governance principles in Islamic banks operating in the city of Misurata (Andalus Bank, Libyan Islamic Bank, Al-Nouran Bank). To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used, which attempts to describe the phenomenon that is the subject of the study and analyze its data and the relationship between its components using a questionnaire to collect data. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS program, and this questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 38, and 35 were retrieved. The study concluded that banks are committed to applying governance principles concerning a basis for an effective governance framework and shareholders’ rights and the main functions of property rights owners. They are also committed to applying the principle of fair and equal treatment of shareholders and the principle related to the role of stakeholders in governance, in addition to the principles of disclosure, transparency, and the responsibilities of the Board of Directors.

  • Effect of apple tree height (Malus sylvestris (L)) on the behavior of honey bees (Apis mellifera (Hymenoptera: Apidae) during nectar collection in Jabal Akhdar, Libya
    • Overview:

This study aims to evaluate the effect of altitude on the number of worker honey bees (Apis mellifera) and their foraging rate while collecting nectar during plant visits. The studied tree was divided into two equal parts, and the number of visiting honey bees and their foraging rates were recorded during the early hours of the day in both areas. The results showed significant differences between the upper and lower regions of the tree. The highest visitation rates were recorded at 11:00 am in the upper area, with an average of (18.00±4.0) bees per square meter, and in the lower area, recorded at 10:00 with an average of (25.00±5.5) bees per square meter. The lowest visitation rates were recorded at 9:00 am with an average of (9.50±2.1) bees per square meter in the upper area. At 12:00pm, the lower area recorded an average of (14.50±3.2) bees per square meter. The study also examined the effect of altitude on feeding rates, showing No significant differences were found in the handling time in the upper area and the down area, with the longest recorded traveling time at 11:00 am averaging (1.14±0.24) seconds, and the shortest at 9:00 am, averaging (1.02±0.22) seconds. No significant differences were section during the traveling time at the down area during the day. The results suggest a preference for the down area in terms of handling time and number of visitors for food collection, while altitude had No significant effect on traveling time. it also indicates that the worker bees are affected by altitude when climatic conditions, such as temperature and humidity, influence their behavior worker honey bees.

  • Isolation and identification of Methicillin Resistance Staphylococcus aureus from abscess, burns, and surgical wounds of the frequenter patients at Sebha Medical Center and AL-Gourda Health Center in Sebha, Libya
    • Overview:

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the major causes of a variety of infections in hospitals and the community. Their spread poses a serious public health problem worldwide. Nevertheless, very little molecular typing data on MRSA strains is currently available in Libya. In this study, 236 specimens were sampled from abscesses, burns, and surgical wounds from patients in Sebha Medical Center and AL-Gourda Health Center between April and July 2024. From all of these specimens, Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from samples by culturing on nutrient agar, and mannitol salt agar and identified by morphological characteristics on selective media and biochemical characterization. Only 63 isolates (45.98 %) showed cultural and biochemical factors that indicate that they are S. aureus. The incidence rate of S. aureus among a male and female group of patients was 48 (76.19%) and 15 (23.81%) respectively. The prevalence of S. aureus among abscess, burns, and surgical wound specimen’s patients were 23 (67.6%), 9 (26.5%), and 2 (5.6%) respectively. In addition, the susceptibility of these isolates to oxacillin and cefoxitin antibiotics was studied, and the results revealed that 34

(53.96 %) of S. aureus isolates demonstrated high resistance to oxacillin and cefoxitin. The results reveal a possibility of a potential public health threat of MRSA.

  • The impact of Islamic objectives on women’s rights to dowry and maintenance
    • Overview:

This scientific article studied the role of the objectives of Islamic law in achieving women's financial rights. Its goal was to demonstrate the objectives-based aspect of women's financial rights, demonstrate the elevation of Islam in its view of women, and clarify the objectives of Islamic legislation regarding women's rights to maintenance, inheritance, and dowry. The descriptive and analytical approach was used in conducting the research, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the objective of Islamic legislation regarding maintenance for women is to protect them and preserve their dignity, so that the man is sufficient to earn a living and guarantees her maintenance. The objectives of legislating the dowry for the wife include honoring her, elevating her status, and guaranteeing her if the husband abandons her. The inheritance system in Islam is not based on preference between men and women, but rather its wisdom is based on the standards of divine justice and the objectives of Islamic law.

  • Challenges facing Arab public preparatory school principals in promoting school belonging among students and ways to solve them
    • Overview:

The current study sought to identify the challenges facing principals of Arab public middle schools in promoting school belonging among students and ways to solve them. To achieve this, the researcher adopted the descriptive qualitative approach to study the phenomenon of phenomenology, and semi-structured interviews as a tool for collecting data from study participants. The validity of the tool and the reliability of the analysis were verified. The study sample consisted of (15) male and female principals of Arab public middle schools in the Northern District within the Green Line. The results showed that there is a decline in the level of school belonging among middle school students in Arab public schools, and that there are many reasons that led to the decline in the level of school belonging, some of which are related to school administration, teachers, home, school environment, and curriculum. The results also showed that the challenges facing school principals in promoting school belonging are: political, material, social, and organizational challenges. The study confirmed the existence of many ways that school principals can follow to reduce challenges and promote school belonging among students, including: reducing bullying, meeting students' psychological, emotional, and educational needs, reducing school assignments, and building a school culture based on mutual respect among all. Finally, the study recommends the need to work on improving the school climate to make it an attractive environment for teaching and learning, and to seek supporters and donors for cultural, rehabilitation, and educational programs and various activities that contribute to promoting school belonging among students.

  • Psychological alienation and its relationship to self-perception (a field study on a sample of survivors from Sednaya prison in northern Syria, 2023)
    • Overview:

The study aimed to identify the level of psychological alienation and the level of self-perception among survivors of Sednaya prison, and to reveal whether there is a correlation between psychological alienation and self-perception among the study sample. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study tools were represented by the following scales: (Psychological Alienation, Shaqir, 2019), and (Self-Perception, Al-Naimi, 1999), after the researcher made some modifications and calculated the validity and reliability to ensure their suitability to the objectives of the current study, and then distributed them electronically to a sample of (100) male survivors, representing 20% of the total study community, who were randomly selected. To extract the study results, the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results showed that the sample members' level of psychological alienation was high, and their level of self-perception was average. The results also indicated an inverse correlation between psychological alienation and self-perception. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological alienation attributed to the variables (age, period of detention, marital status). Nor were there statistically significant differences in the level of self-perception attributed to the variables (age, period of detention, marital status).

In light of the study results, the researcher concluded several recommendations, including: comprehensive support for survivors of Sednaya Prison; developing electronic platforms for psychological counseling and legal assistance; and encouraging research on the effectiveness of rehabilitation and psychosocial support programs for survivors. This also includes developing legislation to protect survivors, organizing activities to enhance their social integration, encouraging participation in volunteer activities, and offering training programs for psychologists and social workers. The researcher also proposed conducting a number of research studies that could be an extension or addition to the current study.

  • Narrative Poetry and Scenic Imagery in the Collection “Imaginations”
    • Overview:

This study examines "Narrative Poetry and Scenographic Imagery in the Collection of Akhilā" by the poet Eid Al-Nusur. This is one of the most striking techniques in his poetry, as he creates narrative discourse within the poem's fabric, creating various rhythmic variations with intertwined poetic levels. This gives the poetic text ample space and infinite scope for reception. The poetic text now powerfully engages both poetry and narrative.

The study consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, which document the most prominent findings of the study. The study concludes that the poet relied on the technique of narrative and poetic storytelling, necessitated by the requirements of the scene, which expressed a visionary structure that mimicked the reality of life. The poet relied on the rhythm of the moving images and meanings to create a dynamic language filled with emotional intensity and semantic diversity. The study concluded that the conditions for poetic shots in the collection were met, transforming the poem into something resembling a screen that mimics the world of the poem, through the use of the narrative visual lens technique.

    • Overview:

This research aims to examine the role of context in determining the meaning of color terms in the Holy Quran, and the resulting profound meanings and connotations within the content of the Quranic text. Context determines the meaning of color through the interaction of color connotations within the context of Quranic verses. Hence, the aesthetics of color emerge solely through context, as demonstrated by theories of semantic study. The research referred to these theories, their proponents, and the ideas upon which their theories are based.

The study also aimed to examine the connotations of color in the Holy Quran, focusing on the explicit element of color and neglecting the interpreted element of color. The study revealed that color has been an important means of conveying expression and discourse, and that its connotations are gradual and varied.

  • Linguistic mental processes and their impact on shaping the language of everyday life discourse
    • Overview:

Psychology is defined as the science concerned with the study of mental processes during the human use of language for comprehension and production. Accordingly, linguistic behavior is the product of mental and psychological processes such as language acquisition, comprehension, perception, memory, retrieval, and other processes that take place in the brain according to a precise system through which language is produced and understood. Therefore, language is linked to and expresses the psyche, and should be studied based on the purpose of communication, not just on structure and form. The mental processes associated with the linguistic and psychological aspects are psycholinguistic dimensions and extensions that are influenced by language and influence the formation of everyday discourse.

  • Advancement, delay, and their implications for the style of restriction: an analytical rhetorical study, models, and evidence from the book Sahih al-Bukhari
    • Overview:

The importance of this research lies primarily in its relevance to the noble Prophetic hadith contained in Sahih al-Bukhari—by which I mean the main research—and the interest of researchers in the Prophetic hadith from the perspective of rhetoric, with the aim of understanding the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) intention behind his hadiths is never-ending. Therefore, this research will fill a gap in public and private libraries with a reference that includes the style of brevity in Sahih al-Bukhari. It will also serve as a beacon of light for students of Islamic law in general, and Arabic language students in particular. This small research addresses an important topic: brevity and brevity. In its study, the researcher followed two approaches: analytical descriptive and inductive. He specifically examined the hadiths on brevity, which number more than 300, selecting 100 as evidence for his dissertation. He then selected 19 hadiths from the original dissertation for the third research, and then selected only 10 hadiths to participate in this current research. The most important research findings include:

      1. Citing the Prophet's hadiths in Arabic rhetoric connects the nation to its first generation (the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace).

      2. It connects the nation to its language, its exploration of the secrets of its miraculous nature, and its strong connection to the Book of its Lord.

      3. It connects it to the most authentic book after the Holy Quran, which is Sahih al-Bukhari.

The aim of this research is to study the hadiths of the Prophet that were mentioned in Ibn Aqil’s commentary on Ibn Malik’s Alfiyyah on grammar and morphology called “Al-Khulasah fi Al-Nahw wa Al-Murf”, and to analyze them grammatically and morphologically. The basis for citing the Holy Quran and pre-Islamic poetry in the Arabic language is the basis, and citing the hadiths of the Prophet is also important in this field, because the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was given the most comprehensive words, and he was the most eloquent speaker of the letter “Ḍād”.

  • The relationship between teachers' use of creative education and the development of higher-order thinking skills among middle school students
    • Overview:

This research aimed to reveal the relationship between teachers' use of creative education and the development of higher-order thinking skills among middle school students in Kafr Kanna. To achieve this goal, the researchers relied on the descriptive correlational approach and the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a stratified intentional sample of six middle school schools, numbering (58) male and female teachers. After analyzing the results, it became clear that there is a positive, direct relationship between creative education and the development of higher-order thinking skills. It became clear that creative education is used to a high degree of (3.88) and that teachers in creative education have a high degree of (3.90), and higher-order thinking skills are applied to a high degree of (3.88), and students are provided with higher-order thinking skills to a high degree of (3.84). It became clear that there are differences attributable to the study variables, and the differences were in favor of years of experience (11 or more), in favor of the master's category, and in favor of teachers specializing in natural sciences. Several points were recommended, the most prominent of which was conducting similar studies on providing students with higher-order thinking skills in a specific class and in a specific subject that is taught experimentally.

  • Obstacles to parental involvement in the educational process from the perspective of teachers in Jerusalem
    • Overview:

This study aimed to explore the barriers to parental involvement in the educational process from the perspective of teachers in Jerusalem. The researcher used a 32-item questionnaire, and the results revealed that school-related barriers were high, with an arithmetic mean of 4.21. The most significant of these barriers was the school administration's lack of response to parents' wishes. The results also showed that barriers related to teachers and parents were high, with arithmetic means of 4.17 and 4.25, respectively. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≥ 0.05) in the barriers to parental involvement in the educational process from the perspective of teachers in Jerusalem attributable to the variables of teacher gender, teacher qualifications, and years of experience. In light of the study results, I recommend that the Ministry of Education establish standards for family partnerships based on family participation models such as the Epstein model, and that schools be formally evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Schools should also develop and prepare programs and activities to activate areas of family partnership (parenting, communication, volunteering, home learning, decision-making, and cooperation with the local community).

    • Overview:

The study aims to investigate the impact of myths and superstitions on disease susceptibility and recovery rates. It seeks to achieve its objectives by assessing the impact of superstitions on recovery rates among individuals diagnosed with disease, identifying specific myths strongly associated with health outcomes, investigating the relationship between superstitions and disease susceptibility, and exploring the underlying psychosocial mechanisms driving the relationship between superstitions and health. The study methodology is based on the inductive approach of social cognition theory, which posits that people learn new behaviors and attitudes by observing others and their behaviors, and understanding how they learn and perpetuate myths in social networks. This theoretical research methodology provides a framework for understanding the relationship between superstition beliefs and health outcomes and can be useful in developing interventions aimed at reducing the negative consequences of superstitious beliefs. • The relationship between future anxiety and the level of athletic ambition among players on some Palestinian national teams during the war on Gaza.
    • Overview:

The study aimed to identify the relationship between future anxiety and the level of athletic ambition in light of the war on Gaza among players of some national teams in Palestine, and to identify the level of future anxiety and the level of ambition in light of the war on Gaza among players of some national teams in Palestine, and to identify whether there are differences in future anxiety and the level of ambition according to the study variables. The researchers chose the study sample intentionally, where the sample amounted to (62) players from the national teams in Palestine in the games (volleyball, football, basketball) with a number of (18, 26, 18) respectively. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the questionnaire as a study tool after the researchers prepared and designed a scale for future anxiety and a scale for the level of athletic ambition. The researchers reached the most important results, the overall level of future anxiety in light of the war on Gaza among players of some Palestinian national teams was high, and the overall level of athletic ambition in light of the war on Gaza among players of some Palestinian national teams was average, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of athletic anxiety and the level of athletic ambition in light of the war on Gaza among players of some Palestinian national teams. It is attributed to the variables (international experience, type of game, academic qualification, and full-time play), and there was a statistically significant negative and inverse correlation between the overall level of future anxiety and athletic ambition. The researchers recommended the necessity of conducting similar studies on larger samples in Palestinian clubs, schools, and universities.

  • Research Methods in Quranic Studies
    • Overview:

The Holy Quran is a book of guidance for humanity, revealed for Muslims to act upon, to permit what it permits and prohibit what it prohibits, and to recite it as it should be recited, so that it will be an argument for them before their Lord and an intercessor for them on the Day of Resurrection. It is a book whose wonders and profound wisdom never end, but the limited human mind studies and interprets it in different ways and with different priorities, which imposes the existence of a collective and participatory effort to establish curricula, approaches and priorities that help humanity benefit from the guidance of the Quran. Hence, we find that it has received great attention since its revelation to the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. The Companions, may God be pleased with them, read it, and the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, explained to them what was unclear to them, and explained to them what is permissible and prohibited. They learned it, taught it and acted upon it, until they did not separate knowledge from action. Then came the followers and those after them, and they occupied themselves with the Holy Quran, some studying its rulings, sounds, structures, meanings, orthography and punctuation, and others reciting it with different aspects of its readings, leaving behind them abundant knowledge, and there is no doubt that they were In their studies, they rely on methods they have accepted and explained in the introductions to their books. However, in recent times, modern methods have emerged that have been used to study the Holy Quran and reveal its meanings and structures.

Therefore, in this research, I have attempted to highlight the specificity of research in Quranic studies and to outline the most important methods used in related research.

  • Human Resources Development and Training to Achieve Sustainable Development in the Organization - A Case Study of Employees at the Misurata Center for Physiotherapy
    • Overview:

This study aimed to demonstrate the significant impact of human resource development by management on achieving sustainable development at the Misurata Physiotherapy Center. This is achieved by senior management adopting a sustainable development approach for all its human resources throughout the various stages of work, starting from the moment an employee is hired and continuing throughout their work. The researcher used a descriptive approach to define the general framework of the study through references, journals, and previous studies. The analytical approach was used to test the hypotheses established using the SPSS statistical program. A questionnaire was designed containing the variables (age, years of experience, and training as sustainable development). The study population consisted of an applied sample of 35 employees at the Misurata Physiotherapy Center. The questionnaires were distributed to all employees, and 30 questionnaires were retrieved, representing a percentage of 0.85. After review, the number of questionnaires valid for analysis decreased to 26, representing a percentage of 0.87.

The study concluded through the results that the significance level value was greater than 0.05, indicating that the general trend for this axis (job experience) is moderate. The significance level value is less than 0.05, indicating that the general trend for this axis, "Training as Sustainable Development," is toward a high degree of agreement.

The study recommended that management increase specialized training for all employees, increase attention to financial incentives and motivations, and engage with relevant international bodies to increase training and development.

  • Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage in the Saudi Regime
    • Overview:

In recent years, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed a comprehensive update of its legal legislation to keep pace with developments in various fields. This legislation plays a vital role in achieving a balance between economic development and the protection of individual rights and the environment. • The Levantine revolutions during the reign of Marwan ibn Muhammad: a study in light of the current reality
    • Overview:

Marwan ibn Muhammad belonged to the Marwanid family of the Umayyad dynasty. His father was Muhammad ibn Marwan, and his grandfather was Marwan ibn al-Hakam. He was born in 70 AH and killed in 132 AH following his defeat at the Battle of the Zab against the Abbasids.

He assumed the governorship of Armenia in 114 AH during the reign of Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, demonstrating his ability in managing the province. He remained governor during the reigns of al-Walid ibn Yazid and Yazid III ibn al-Walid. Marwan ibn Muhammad exploited the turmoil resulting from the murder of al-Walid ibn Yazid to seize power. He managed to enter Damascus in 127 AH, and Abu Muhammad al-Sufyani pledged allegiance to him, claiming that the sons of al-Walid, al-Hakam, and Uthman, who had been killed by Ibrahim, the brother of Yazid III, before fleeing Damascus, had entrusted the caliphate to Marwan ibn Muhammad. Marwan ibn Muhammad persecuted the Yemenis involved in the murder of al-Walid ibn Yazid after his conquest of Damascus. He moved the seat of the caliphate from Damascus to Harran, which led to popular resentment against him. This led to numerous revolts during his reign. These revolts began in southern Bilad al-Sham, from Palestine to Homs, and then to Ghouta. Sulayman ibn Hisham al-Umawi and Abdullah ibn Mu'awiyah ibn Ja'far al-Sadiq rebelled against his rule. In addition, Kharijite movements rose up against his rule in Iraq and the Arabian Peninsula, and during his reign, they caused numerous unrest in Khurasan and Egypt.

Marwan ibn Muhammad was able to suppress all the revolts that occurred during his reign, but they were a cause for the downfall of his rule and that of the Umayyad dynasty. These revolts drained and exhausted the army, leading to Marwan losing the Umayyads' support base in Bilad al-Sham to the Yemenis. In this research, we will examine the aforementioned events and then apply them to the events of the Syrian Revolution in our current era, highlighting the historical intersection between them.

  • The role of strategic improvisation in achieving marketing excellence: a survey study of the opinions of employees at Zain Telecom Company, Najaf.
    • Overview:

The research aims to identify the role of strategic improvisation and its requirements (strategic vigilance, strategic agility, resource allocation, micro-structuring, and solution-building) in achieving the dimensions of marketing virtuosity (opportunity discovery, opportunity exploitation, and marketing flexibility). In light of the objective, the problem was summarized in a set of questions:

What is the management's adoption of the elements of strategic improvisation at the Zain Telecommunications Company under study? What is the level of marketing virtuosity at the Zain Telecommunications Company, Najaf branch? Is there a correlation and significant effects between strategic improvisation and marketing virtuosity at the Zain Telecommunications Company, Najaf branch?

The importance of the research lies in diagnosing the level of marketing virtuosity at the Zain Telecommunications Company under study and demonstrating the role of strategic improvisation in achieving this goal. To achieve the research objectives, four main hypotheses were proposed. The study used an inductive (descriptive and analytical) approach, where data was collected through a questionnaire randomly assigned to (85) individuals, of which (68) questionnaires were returned, with a response rate of (90%). The data were statistically processed using the SPSS statistical package: V.22. The research results showed a significant positive correlation between strategic improvisation and the dimensions of marketing agility at the aggregate level of the responding sample. There was also a significant relationship between strategic improvisation and marketing agility at the aggregate level of the responding sample. The research presented several proposals of utmost importance: The company's management in the responding organizations must pay attention to strategic improvisation, especially since the distinguishing feature of today's business environment is change and complexity. These characteristics require adaptation to and response to the inherently continuous environment. This can be achieved by the researched company possessing mechanisms to monitor environmental changes, such as the concept of strategic vigilance, and this is achieved through its implementation. For organizations with a flat organizational structure, we advise the company's management to respond and suggest to the management of the responding company the need to work on harnessing resources and adopting microstructuring. We suggest to the management of the responding company that it is necessary to work on harnessing the available resources to solve the problems they face, and to be flexible in transferring resources to activities that add value in customer service.
