A specialized, peer-reviewed, indexed scientific journal issued by the Islamic University of Minnesota, USA/main center, on a regular quarterly basis. It is concerned with publishing all scientific, humanitarian, and administrative research. The journal has a scientific advisory board consisting of 30 high-level academics from Arab and foreign countries, and it has a scientific editorial board consisting of 48 academics from specialized professors from ten countries
