Abstract
This article aims to explore the possibility of achieving development through political development, addressing it from two main perspectives: development and political development. It also addresses the challenges facing ruling elites in the Arab world in changing the new reality, which requires economic and social change, openness, reform, and political transition.
The article attempts to present examples of attempts by some Arab countries to implement political and economic changes through political development to avoid a wave of revolutions.
Comprehensive development is one of the drivers of the Arab Spring revolutions and also represents the major challenges facing ruling elites in achieving certain values through political development. Development has been largely concentrated in urban areas rather than rural areas, leading to a growth in urban populations. This reality has led to the emergence of economic and social problems such as poverty, unemployment, and the spread of various types of crime, which has helped accelerate revolutions and uprisings against regimes that have been unable to find solutions. Values such as justice, equality, stability, and legitimacy must also be taken into account.
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى استكشاف إمكانية تحقيق التنمية من خلال التنمية السياسية ، والتعامل معها في نقطتين رئيسيتين هما التنمية والتنمية السياسية. بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي تواجه النخب الحاكمة في العالم العربي من أجل تغيير الواقع الجديد الذي يتطلب تغييرات اقتصادية واجتماعية وانفتاحًا وإصلاحًا وانتقالًا سياسيًا.
يحاول المقال عرض أمثلة على محاولات بعض الدول العربية من خلال التنمية السياسية إجراء تغييرات سياسية واقتصادية لتجنب موجة الثورات.
التنمية الشاملة هي أحد دوافع ثورات الربيع العربي، كما أنها تمثل التحديات الكبرى التي تواجه النخب الحاكمة في سبيل تحقيق بعض القيم من خلال خلق التنمية السياسية. تركزت التنمية إلى حد كبير في المناطق الحضرية أكثر من المناطق الريفية ، مما أدى إلى نمو سكان الحضر. وقد أدت هذه الحقيقة إلى ظهور مشكلات اقتصادية واجتماعية مثل الفقر والبطالة وانتشار الجرائم بمختلف أنواعها ، مما ساعد على تسريع الثورات والثورات على الأنظمة التي لم تستطع إيجاد حلول لها. كما يجب مراعاة بعض القيم مثل العدالة والمساواة والاستقرار والشرعية.
