Abstract
The study of the distribution of educational services is the basis for studying spatial justice in the provision of these services, and planning to achieve this justice through proper spatial organization, based on a sound understanding of the characteristics of places that distinguish them from one another in terms of conditions and needs.
The concepts of organization, planning, and spatial distribution are sometimes used interchangeably and sometimes incorrectly by some researchers. This paper aims to clarify the relationship between the concepts of spatial distribution, spatial organization, and spatial planning, with the aim of achieving a just distribution of educational services, and thus achieving educational justice across different locations.
تعتبر دراسة توزيع الخدمات التعليمية أساسا لدراسة العدالة المكانية في تقديم هذه الخدمات، والتخطيط لتحقيق هذه العدالة عن طريق التنظيم المكاني الصحيح لها، وذلك على أساس المعرفة الصحيحة بخصائص الأمكنة التي تميزها عن بعضها من حيث الظروف والاحتياجات.
وتُستخدم المفاهيم التي تخص التنظيم والتخطيط والتوزيع المكاني بشكل متداخل أحيانا وبشكل خاطئ في أحيان أخرى من قبل بعض الباحثين، وتستهدف هذه الورقة توضيح العلاقة بين مفاهيم (التوزيع المكاني، التنظيم المكاني، التخطيط المكاني) وذلك لغاية تحقيق عدالة توزيع الخدمات التعليمية، وبالتالي تحقيق العدالة التعليمية بين الأمكنة المختلفة.
