Asylum and Immigration in the Divine Religions: A Comparative Study

While humanity's history is replete with waves of migration and asylum, which has enabled all nations and peoples to gain experience in this field, this has not prevented the emergence of signs of compassion and charity towards incoming refugees and immigrants, thus forming the first indicators of values and principles for dealing with them. As discussed at the beginning, the matter had a moral and philosophical nature, leading to a transition to a second stage in the religious teachings brought by the heavenly religions, starting with the Jewish religion, passing through the Christian religion, until the Islamic Sharia came to abolish both previous religions, which necessitated that its provisions be comprehensive and inclusive of the needs of all people and the new matters and conditions.

 إذا كان سجل البشرية حافل بموجات الهجرة واللجوء ، مما جعل كل الأمم والشعوب تكتسب الخبرة في هذا المجال ، فإن هذا لم يمنع ظهور بوادر العطف والصدقة على اللاجئين والمهاجرين الوافدين ، وبالتالي تشكل المؤشرات الأولى لقيم ومبادئ التعامل معها ، كما تم تناولها في البداية ، كان للأمر طابع أخلاقي وفلسفي ، للانتقال إلى مرحلة ثانية في التعاليم الدينية التي أتت بها الأديان السماوية ، بدءًا من الديانة اليهودية ، مروراً بالديانة اليهودية. الدين المسيحي ، حتى جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية لإلغاء كل من الديانتين السابقتين ، مما استدعى أن تكون أحكامها شاملة وشاملة لحاجات الناس كافة والأمور والشروط الجديدة.
