Rank and Conformity between Grammarians and Rhetoricians: A Contextual Study of Surat Al-Baqarah

The phenomenon of precedence and delay is a grammatical phenomenon that was dealt with by ancient grammarians, and the first to pay attention to it was Abu Al-Nahwah Sibawayh, who pointed out:
The implications of presenting the subject and object with care and attention, and this was also the focus of attention of the rhetoricians in determining the significance of the structures, and this appears.
It is clearly evident in the book Dala’il al-Ijaz by Abdul Qaher al-Jurjani, and accordingly, the duality of precedence and delay is a linguistic and rhetorical phenomenon that is considered one of the most prominent features of the method.

Al-Kawakib Al-Durriya, an Explanation of Al-Lu’lu’ah Al-Mudhiyyah - Yahya bin Al-Husayn bin Sulayman Al-Soswa (died: 1332 AH) Study and Investigation
-
Overview:
This study aimed to investigate and benefit researchers by examining the book ” Al-Kawakib Al-Durriyyati: Sharh Al-Lulu’ati Al-Mudiyati”. The researcher adopted on a descriptive approach. The researcher began with the manuscript’s text and following the well-known methodology for manuscript investigation. The study concluded with some of findings and recommendations. The most significant findings include:
The author employed the style of poetry in writing his didactic poem, following the model of the famous didactic poems in Arabic grammar that were composed for the purpose of simplifying the teaching of grammar and memorizing its rules. Although Al-Susoowah’s didactic poem was influenced by the previous didactic poems in borrowing some grammatical terms, it was distinguished from them by maintaining the goal of simplifying without branching out to mention what the learner does not need.
The book was influenced by the concepts of Arabic grammatical renewal that began to appear in the author’s era, especially in the methodology of authorship. This was evident in the clarity of the author’s language, the creation of conjugation tables, the formulation of summaries, the use of grammatical examples from reality, and the reliance on the educational style in the language of the explanation.
The author’s methodology was characterized by reliance on hearing, analogy, explanation, and the agent (word that governs another word), but in an educational manner. His distinctive approach in grammar also appeared in his balance between theorizing and teaching, his lack of enthusiasm for grammatical doctrines, and his respect for opposing opinions.
The researcher recommended some of recommendations, including: paying attention to our Yemeni grammatical heritage, exploring its treasures and studying them, and benefiting from the researcher’s efforts in verifying this book by shedding more light on Al-Susoowah’s remarkable opinions. Also, benefiting from the style of grammatical didactic poems in developing Arabic teaching methods, using modern technological means and computer device.

The ruling on residing in a land of disbelief between human necessity and the goal of preserving religion
-
Overview:
Migration, in essence, is a positive, dynamic movement that protects the self from falling, ensures livelihood, sustains giving, opens up closed horizons, and achieves desired goals. It may be compulsory or optional, individual or collective, and could be political or economic in nature. It might be for educational purposes aimed at seeking knowledge, for therapeutic or touristic healing, or in search of a better livelihood and opportunities.
There is undoubtedly a need to reflect on the mobility of the Arab and Muslim individual on this earth and to study it: In which direction? On what basis? What role does reality (necessity) play in driving this mobility? Is it reality (necessity) alone that pushes and moves towards migration, or are there external attractive factors that contribute to this mobility? Then, what is the impact of this mobility, sometimes voluntary and sometimes forced, on the existence and identity of this individual? What is the reality of migration to the West today? And how does it feed on our identity capital? In terms of dissolving the entity of families and individuals and tearing apart their identity, which represents an invaluable cognitive capital.
Our research will focus on the cost of this residence in terms of identity, determining its legitimacy, and studying its approaches, dimensions, and means, which has become urgent today more than ever after this global openness.

Governance: A Comprehensive Conceptual Introduction
-
Overview:
This article aims at addressing a theoretical problem pertaining to the concept of “good governance” with respect to conceptual accuracy as well as with respect to the overlapping of the concept with other concepts along with the differences over its definitions among scientists, development experts and international organizations. It reviews the difference of the definitions with regard to the boundaries of the concept as well as its elements which overlap with the contents of democracy and good government such as – transparency, accountability, integrity, justice, and the rule of law. The nature of the problem of this theme is centered on the debate over the concept of “good governance” with regard to being too broad, ambiguous and somewhat vague. By adopting a historical and descriptive approach this article reviews the emergence of the concept and its wide usage particularly from early 1990s which was triggered by the complex problems of governing and administration in dealing with complex advanced societies and bureaucracies. The ambiguity of the concept also makes confusion among the donor countries and international organizations with respect to their dealing with loans and funding of development projects in different states with variant conceptualizations of the term and its relevant elements. Hence, the research calls upon the responsible institutions such as the Arab League or the ALESCO to assign a committee of experts and scientists to work out unification or synthesizing of the various definitions of the concept and come out with precise, concise and an accurate one.

Public employee rights in Chad between 2001 and 2018
-
Overview:
This study was conducted in Chad in general in 2023 to identify that the public employee assigned by the state to serve in a public facility has rights and duties that he must legally know and perform to preserve his rights and ensure that he performs his duties. We find that many public employees in Chad are ignorant of their basic rights, whether financial or material, such as annual and sick leaves, study leaves, and the right to strike. Through the course of the research, it becomes clear to us that several employees have not claimed their rights since their employment, such as annual leaves that must be renewed every year, while sick leaves are often verbal for minor illnesses and the same is the case in the event of death. As for duties, even if the employee is ignorant of them, the administrative oversight obliges him to perform them, and if he is negligent, he will be punished according to the law, as the state conducts a census, and the researchers in this study adopted the descriptive historical approach to suit this study. The study concluded:
1-The public employee has rights and duties guaranteed by the law stipulated in the state.
2-That the public employee has acquired a scientific reserve on how to claim everything he deserves through labor unions licensed by senior management.
3-The employee’s awareness is that the law does not protect the ignorant and that he must respect the law no matter what the cost.
4- Many employees are informed of government decisions that guarantee their rights before the law
This study recommended the following:
1- Conducting similar studies on this topic so that the public employee can know his rights and duties legally.
2-Holding training courses for workers to educate them to claim their rights through labor unions.

Ibn Qutaybah’s interpretation and his concise approach to explaining the strange vocabulary of the Holy Qur’an: a descriptive and analytical study
-
Overview:
Upon reading the book “Exegesis of The Strangeness in The Holy Qur’an,” by Ibn Qutaybah Al-Dinouri, I found it to be a rich scientific encyclopedia that aroused in me an overwhelming desire to know the correct interpretation, to be guided by its meanings, which has been a problem for researchers and the language learners. To consider his methodology, which represented the encyclopedic summary of the vocabulary of the Holy Qur’an, and to connect it with the origins of Arabic in poetry and prose within the general context of the noble Prophet’s hadith and the words of the Companions, the Successors, and the followers of the Successors. From here, the correct interpretation begins. In addition to examining his concise and concise approach, it is a comprehensive approach that includes the principles of linguistic and religious essences. The goals of this research are represented by the knowledge of language interpreters’ approaches to scientific eradication with brevity, comprehensiveness and accuracy, in addition to extrapolating linguistic evidence in a way that enriches the linguistic lesson and indicates the value of brevity in explaining the meanings of the Qur’an’s vocabulary while achieving accuracy and breadth of linguistic erudition. For this research, I chose the inductive approach, keeping in line with the approach of the book, while using the descriptive and analytical approach to study the works of the author, his sheikhs, his students, and his method of deriving evidence. The fundamental question of the paper: How can one benefit from interpretation methods in interpreting the strange in the Arabic language, especially the book “The Interpretation of the Strangeness in the Strangeness of The Qur’an” by Ibn Qutaybah, and his brief approach to explaining words with such a brilliant comprehensiveness and brevity?
Moreover, can it be said that the linguistic interpretation of the words of the Holy Qur’an represented an enrichment for linguistic lessons in its linguistic discussions morphologically, grammatically, and semantically?
To what extent can we benefit from encyclopedic linkage and the ability to concise in interpretation books to formulate a linguistic curriculum?
To establish the above, the research was characterized by Ibn Qutaybah’s brief approach to explaining the Holy Book through his book on the interpretation of the strange words from the vocabulary of the Holy Qur’an.

Intellectual creativity in solving the problems of parsing the Holy Quran
-
Overview:
This study deals with the topic: “Intellectual creativity and solving problems of syntax.” This study aims to: How is intellectual creativity formed among learners of the Arabic language, and how can he benefit from it in a way that qualifies him for correct syntax while following the correct steps for syntax, and the research aims to achieve two goals: a theoretical objective, which is to Grammar and morphological rules, and an applied goal, which is to apply those rules to the Holy Qur’an.
The problem of the research lies in a number of things, including: the first: the lack of interest of the professors who studied grammar in parsing, but rather they were content with teaching only theoretical rules without practical application, and the second: fear and dread of parsing, and solutions have been developed for this syntactic problem. This study consisted of: An introduction in which I talked about the subject, its importance and purpose. The approach that I followed in this study is: the applied descriptive approach, and a preface in which I talked about the meaning of parsing in language and terminology and the opinion of scholars about it, the hadiths mentioned in the merits of parsing, and the most famous literature that helps intellectual creativity in parsing, and the first topic: I talked about: the importance of parsing and its emergence And the reason for writing in it, and the most important rules that the Arabize needs,
And the second topic: I talked about: intellectual creativity in solving problems of syntax and models for the multiplicity of faces of syntax, and the conclusion mentioned the most important results, and the study was appended with a list of the most important sources and references.

The efforts of our master Omar, may God be pleased with him, regarding the share of those whose hearts are to be reconciled
-
Overview:
Our Master Omar, may God be pleased with him, set a high standard in ijtihad by encompassing all aspects of religious jurisprudence, having a comprehensive understanding of Sharia, knowing the objectives of Islamic law in their entirety, and identifying the methods and means to achieve them. His deep insight into the texts was coupled with a thorough understanding of the realities and conditions of the people. These are the foundations upon which Umar’s ijtihad and jurisprudence were established.
One issue that illustrates Omar’s understanding of both the texts and the realities is the matter of those whose hearts are to be reconciled, which this article attempts to study and analyze. Scholars have praised Umar’s jurisprudence in this matter, while some contemporaries have mistakenly believed that Umar disregarded a text for the sake of expediency.
However, in this matter, I observed a commendable understanding and awareness of the realities more than a strict adherence to the texts. This does not detract from the jurisprudence of the texts, nor are they in conflict. The rationale behind the verse concerning those whose hearts are to be reconciled no longer applies, as there is no longer a category of people who would strengthen Islam if given, or pose a threat if deprived.

Legal challenges in granting legal personality to artificial intelligence
-
Overview:
Due to the inability to verify in advance the actions of artificial intelligence and the consequences that may result from them that may cause material or moral harm (The inability to predict the action of artificial intelligence)
The problem lies in the fact that the program is already equipped with a number of procedures and options that it can perform (freedom and independence in choosing or making a decision), and it is impossible for the person concerned, whatever it may be, to predict the procedures, actions, or choices that the computer will take. It is even impossible to compare this problem with the actions. The harmful effects caused by an animal that can be domesticated and controlled, and then its actions can be predicted to some extent in advance, which raised the question about the suitability of the traditional rules of civil liability texts for application in this field.
Since the beginning of the industrial revolution in the countries of the European continent, scientific and technical developments and discoveries have accelerated in various aspects of life, creating successive waves that have had an echo in political, economic and legal aspects as well as their social effects. Due to the acceleration of roles and processes managed by different artificial intelligence systems that have produced modern technologies and systems. In a way that the individual may not be able to perform. This development has led to savings in the elements of time, money and speed of industrial, commercial, medical and communication delivery. In order to give everyone their right, and since people do not cease to invent, innovate and develop in this field, it was necessary to readapt and reinterpret the legal principles and texts relating to the field of civil liability in the neglected aspect of it.

A hybrid deep learning model for breast cancer Mammographic Image Classification based on transfer learning and an attention module.
-
Overview:
Breast cancer is one of the primary causes of death among women. Early detection of breast cancer allows for the receipt of appropriate treatment, thus increasing the possibility of survival. In this paper, we proposed a hybrid deep learning model using a pre-trained VGG16 model with a self-attention mechanism for breast cancer detection. We extract features from the binary class (benign, malignant) dataset of the mammographic image analysis society (MIAS) using pre-trained deep convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures like Xception, MobileNet, DenseNet, and VGG-16. So the results illustrated that the best model is VGG16 with a self-attention module, which achieved an accuracy of 98.77%.

Crossing the Boundaries and the Unfulfilled American Dream in Hari Kunzru’s Transmission
-
Overview:
Hari Kunzru’s Transmission (2005) is a marvelous narrative that depicts the protagonist’s unfulfilled American dream during his sojourn in America. This paper argues how the political, social, economic, cultural, and psychological challenges preclude protagonist to achieve the American dream. Though Arjun Mehta has dreams in America in the era of globalization, his dreams shatter his personality. Kunzru sheds light on cosmopolitanism, capitalism and globalization and shows how they affect the immigrants. Though he makes his characters cross social and geographic boundaries and dwell to a unified world, they do not succeed to assimilate and achieve their dreams in America because of their different identities, regions, and ideologies. Through Arjun, Kunzru attempts to dissolve the identities and boundaries into a single identity and boundary, but he encounteres some challenges that impede to fulfil his dream.

Differential Pulse Polarographic Determination of Uranium (VI) in rocks by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry
-
Overview:
Uranium (VI) forms a complex with potassium hydrogen phthalate This complex can be used for a highly sensitive and selective determination of uranium by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (ACSV) using a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE). The reduction current of adsorbed complex ions of differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry (DPCSV), preceded by a period of preconcentration onto the electrode surface. As low as 2_10_9 mol dm_3 (0.5 mg:l) and 2_10_8 mol dm_3 (4.8 mg:l) with accumulation time 240 and 120 s using DPCSV, respectively, have been determined successfully. The relative standard deviation of 2.2% at the 5 ppm level was obtained. The interferences of some metal ions and anions were studied. The concentration of the analyte was estimated by the standard deviations ( n = 10 ) indicated the good precision and reproducibility of the selected procedure. The concentration of U (VI) found ranged from: 1.23 ــ 21.422 ppb in the sample. The stripping voltammetry method was shown to be simple and accurate for detecting U (VI) in rock samples.

The Representation of Arabs in Hebrew Educational Materials: An Analysis of Orientalism, Zionism, and Ideological Themes in Israeli High School Textbooks
-
Overview:
This study examines the representation of Arabs in Hebrew educational materials used in Israeli high schools, mainly focusing on textbooks approved by the Israeli Ministry of Education. The analysis is heavily influenced by Orientalism, Zionism, and the dominant Israeli-Jewish mentality. Drawing on Edward Said’s concept of Orientalism, which critiques the Western depiction of Eastern cultures as inferior and irrational (Said, 1978), the study reveals how these textbooks continue negative stereotypes about Arabs. These illustrations reinforce the Zionist narrative, which often justifies the displacement and marginalization of Palestinian Arabs by emphasizing Jewish historical ties to the land and portraying Arabs as violent and irrational obstacles to the Jewish state’s survival (Masalha, 1997; Podeh, 2000).
The research further explores the integration of themes related to politics, individual freedoms, community service, and Jewish identity within English language education. These themes are analyzed to understand their role in promoting a cohesive national identity and reinforcing specific ideological perspectives. The study draws on interdisciplinary perspectives, incorporating insights from sociology, political science, and cultural studies, to comprehensively analyze how these educational materials shape societal attitudes and perceptions in Israel (Bar-Tal & Teichman, 2005; Al-Haj, 2005).
By examining these dynamics, the study aims to illuminate the broader implications for education and societal perceptions in Israel. The findings underscore the need for a more balanced and inclusive representation in educational materials to foster mutual understanding and resolution between Jewish and Arab populations (Apple & Christian-Smith, 1991; Berghan & Schissler, 1988). The study concludes with recommendations for revising textbooks to promote a more inclusive education system that accurately represents the history and contributions of all groups within Israeli society (Jacobmeyer, 1990).

Life cycle analysis of electric vehicles: assessing environmental and economic impacts
-
Overview:
This research paper presents a comprehensive lifecycle analysis of electric vehicles (EVs) to assess their environmental and economic implications compared to internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs). The study examines the entire lifecycle of EVs, from raw material extraction through manufacturing, usage, and end-of-life stages. The environmental analysis highlights the substantial benefits of EVs, including reduced greenhouse gas emissions and lower air pollution, particularly when powered by renewable energy sources. However, it also addresses significant challenges related to the extraction of critical materials like lithium, cobalt, and nickel, which pose environmental and social risks. The economic analysis reveals that while the initial purchase price of EVs remains higher, declining battery costs, lower operational expenses, and supportive government policies contribute to a favorable total cost of ownership (TCO). The research underscores the need for sustainable mining practices, advancements in battery recycling, and robust charging infrastructure to maximize the benefits of EVs. This study concludes that with continued technological advancements and regulatory support, EVs offer a promising pathway towards a more sustainable and economically viable transportation future.
