The role of internal resource and capacity management in enhancing financial performance through competitive advantage. “A case study of industrial companies in Misrata.”

This study aims to understand the role of internal resource and capacity management in enhancing the financial performance of industrial companies by improving their competitive performance. The focus will be on the relationship between internal resource and capacity management, competitive performance, and financial performance of these companies. The study will use a descriptive analytical approach, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of small industrial companies in the Misurata region. Various statistical analyses, such as regression analysis and correlation tests, will be conducted to reveal the nature of the relationships between the study variables.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم دور إدارة الموارد والقدرات الداخلية في تعزيز الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية، من خلال تحسين أدائها التنافسي. سيتم التركيز على العلاقة بين إدارة الموارد والقدرات الداخلية، والأداء التنافسي، والأداء المالي لهذه الشركات. ستستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث سيتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان يوزع على عينة من الشركات الصناعية الصغيرة في منطقة مصراته. وسيتم إجراء تحليلات إحصائية متنوعة، مثل تحليل الانحدار واختبارات الارتباط، للكشف عن طبيعة العلاقات بين متغيرات الدراسة.
