Imam Al-Qarafi’s choice regarding the issue of determining money and its impact on Islamic banking applications.

This research deals with the study of the issue of determining money in terms of its nature, how it is realized, and its impact on contemporary financial transaction applications in Islamic banks. It also examines the opinions of the imams of the schools of jurisprudence on it, studies their evidence, and highlights the choice of Imam Al-Qarafi in it and his justification for it. It also deals with its impact on the most important issues of contemporary financial transactions that were a subject of controversy among contemporary jurists, such as: current deposits in Islamic banks, bank transfers, agency in the organized tawarruq contract, mortgaging money, and endowing money.

 يتناول هذا البحث دراسة مسألة تعيين النقود من حيث ماهيتها وكيفية تحققها وأثرها في تطبيقات المعاملات المالية المعاصرة في البنوك الإسلامية، كما يقف على آراء أئمة المذاهب الفقهية فيها ومدارسة أدلتهم وإبراز اختيار الإمام القرافي فيها وتعليله له، كما يتناول أيضا: أثرها في أهم مسائل المعاملات المالية المعاصرة التي كانت مثار جدل بين الفقهاء المعاصرين مثل: الودائع الجارية في البنوك الإسلامية، الحوالات المصرفية، الوكالة في عقد التورق المنظم، رهن النقود ووقف النقود.
