A proposed vision for evaluating educational policy-making using the 360-degree feedback method

The current study aims to identify the role of evaluating the performance of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy making and development, to come up with proposals and measures that help develop the performance evaluation of educational institutions and prospects for their development. This is achieved through analyzing and reviewing previous research, studies, and educational literature that addressed the performance evaluation of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy making, thus ensuring the development of an integrated therapeutic vision to address the challenges of educational policy making. The current study differs from previous studies in its methodology, as it relies on an analysis of educational literature that discussed the performance evaluation of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy making through an analytical approach. In light of the results of previous studies and in accordance with the researcher's vision, the current study develops a scientific vision to address the obstacles and problems of evaluating the performance of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy making.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرُف دور تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية وتطويرها، للخروج منها بالمقترحات والإجراءات التي تساعد على تطوير تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية وأفاق تطويرها، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية بما يضمن الخروج برؤية علاجية متكاملة لمواجهة تحديات صنع السياسات التربوية. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة إذ تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على تحليل الأدبيات التربوية التي تداولت تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية من خلال المنهج التحليلي وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تقوم الدراسة الراهنة بوضع رؤية علمية لمواجهة معوقات ومشكلات تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية.
