هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة دور حاضنات الأعمال التي تعد احدى الآليات الحديثة الخاصة بدعم المشروعات الصغيرة من خلال تقديمها منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات، أذ انها تنال في الوقت الراهن اهتماماً كبيراً من قبل الدول المتقدمة، لأنها توفر مزايا مهمة للمشروعات الصغيرة في المجتمع البحثي.

وتعرف حاضنات الاعمال بأنها مجموعة متكاملة من الخدمات والتسهيلات والآليات المساندة والاستشارية، التي توفرها مؤسسة ذات كيان قانوني لديها الخبرات اللازمة والقدرة على الاتصالات والحركة الضرورية لنجاح مهامها. كما تقدم هذه المؤسسات خدمات للأفراد الذين يملكون مواهب العمل الحر والذين يرغبون في البدء بأقامة مؤسساتهم الصغيرة بهدف تخفيف اعباء مرحلة الانطلاق ويشترط على المؤسسات المحتضنة ترك الحاضنة بعد انتهاء الفترة الزمنية المحددة والخروج من الحاضنة لإفساح المجال أمام مؤسسات صغيرة أخرى تحتاج هذا الاحتضان في مراحل تأسيسها فضلاً عن ضرورة مثل هذه المؤسسات لتشجيع ورعاية الابتكارات والافكار الريادية ودعم التخصص التقني في المشروعات الصغيرة.

These institutions also provide services to individuals with entrepreneurial talent who wish to start their own small businesses, with the aim of alleviating the burdens of the startup phase. Incubated businesses are required to leave the incubator after the specified period and exit, making room for other small businesses that need this incubation during their founding stages. Furthermore, such institutions are essential for encouraging and nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial ideas and supporting technical specialization in small businesses.

It is well known that innovations, entrepreneurial ideas, and innovative projects have not been supported by public and private economic entities. Therefore, the need to use business incubators to support innovations, entrepreneurial ideas, and innovative projects has emerged, serving society through scientific research.
