واقع وآفاق استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال كقاعدة للتجديد التربوي بقطاع التعليم المدرسي

إن العولمة والتحولات العلمية والتكنلوجية التي شهدها العالم جعلت مختلف البلدان النامية أمام مرحلة تاريخية ترتبط بمجتمع المعرفة والعلم، وهو ما يجعل التعليم عموما والتعليم المدرسي على وجه الخصوص في مقدمة المجالات التي تحتاج اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى ضرورة تبني استراتيجيات حديثة وعملية قائمة على نظرة شمولية، تروم بالأساس تأهيل قطاع التعليم المدرسي والرفع من مستوى جودة التأهيل البشري.

إن إدراج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الحقل التربوي لا يتخذ شكل إضافة جديدة لبرامج التدريس، وإنما هي أداة تمنح عملية التعلم بعدا إضافيا من شأنه أن يجعل المتعلم يبني مسار لتعلمه بصفة فعلية وتفاعلية، كما أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، لا تعوض المدرس كليا إنها تساعده في تطبيقاته من خلال تحسين الأنشطة التعلمية التي يعدها، وبناءا عليه فالضرورة تفرض على المدرس أن يتمكن من استخدام التقنيات الجديدة في التدريس بصورة فعالة ومنهجية سليمة.

Globalization and the scientific and technological transformations that the world has witnessed have placed various developing countries at a historical stage linked to the knowledge and science society. This places education in general, and school education in particular, at the forefront of the fields that, today more than ever, require the adoption of modern and practical strategies based on a comprehensive vision, primarily aimed at qualifying the school education sector and raising the quality of human resources.

The inclusion of information and communication technology in the educational field does not take the form of a new addition to teaching programs. Rather, it is a tool that gives the learning process an additional dimension, enabling learners to build a path for their learning in an effective and interactive manner. Furthermore, information and communication technology does not completely replace teachers; it assists them in their implementation by improving the learning activities they prepare. Accordingly, it is imperative that teachers be able to use new technologies in teaching effectively and methodically.
