التنمية المستدامة وإشكاليات نجاحها في قارة إفريقيا

تعد قضية التنمية المستدامة في إفريقيا التي اشترك فيها عدد من ألوان الطيف المعرفي مثل العلوم السياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية والتي تمتاز بالتعقيد والتشابك وعلاقات ارتباطيه عكسية تعاني من عدة إشكاليات في حد ذاتها عرقلت مسارات عمليات التنمية نفسها  وهي معقدة علي أوجه وأصعدة متعددة منها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية وتهدف الدراسة الي كشف تلك الإشكاليات وتحديد ماهيتها وتوضيح العلاقة الجدلية مابين التنمية المستدامة والفواعل والمسببات والإشكاليات التي تقف عائقا إمام نجاح التنمية المستدامة في تحقيق أهدافها المنشودة واستخدمت  الدراسة عدد من المناهج منها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإقليمي والمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستدلالي كما استعانت الدراسة بعدد من الدراسات ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة من مصادرها المنشورة وغير المنشورة وتوصلت الدراسة ألي عدد من النتائج مفادها تختلف تصنيفات والعوامل والإشكاليات التي منها ماهو داخلي يخص تلك الدول  ومنها ماهو خارجي متعلق بمصالح الدول الكبري تهدد مسارات وتطبيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة التي ألقيت بظلالها علي حياة الإنسان الإفريقي  وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات المرحلية التي شائها معالجة الأوضاع القائمة فيما يتعلق بخصوص  الإشكاليات عدم نجاح التنمية المستدامة في القارة الإفريقية وهي لابد من تحرير قرار التنمية من قبضة سلطة الدولة وكذلك عدم ارتهانها للقرار الخارجي ذا الاملاءات والاذلالات والاشتراطات علي الدول الإفريقية وايضا توطنين النجاحات والدروس المستفادة والممارسات العالمية  في التنمية الإفريقية داخل القارة الإفريقية.

The issue of sustainable development in Africa, which has involved a number of colors of the cognitive spectrum such as political, economic and human sciences, is characterized by complexity, interconnectedness and inverse correlations. It suffers from several problems in itself that have hindered the paths of the development processes themselves. It is complex in many aspects and levels, including political, economic, social and environmental. The study aims to reveal these problems, define their nature and clarify the dialectical relationship between sustainable development and the actors, causes and problems that stand in the way of the success of sustainable development in achieving its desired goals. The study used a number of approaches, including the descriptive analytical approach, the regional approach, the inductive approach and the deductive approach. The study also used a number of studies related to the subject of the study from their published and unpublished sources. The study reached a number of results indicating that the classifications, factors and problems differ, some of which are internal to those countries and some of which are external related to the interests of major countries that threaten the paths and implementation of sustainable development goals that have cast their shadows on the lives of African people. The study recommended a number of interim recommendations that sought to address the existing conditions regarding the problems of the failure of sustainable development on the continent. Africa, and it is necessary to liberate the development decision from the grip of state authority, as well as not to be dependent on external decisions that impose dictates, humiliations and conditions on African countries, and also to localize the successes, lessons learned and global practices in African development within the African continent.
