دراسة التركيب الكيميائي للبن الأنعام … دلائل وإعجاز

أمرنا الله سبحانه وتعالى أن نتدبر مخلوقاته ، ونتأمل دقيق صنعه، وأن يعمل عقلنا وفكرنا  ووجداننا في فهم  معانيها ،  ومن هذه المخلوقات  الأنعام التي لها  القدرة على تحويل ما تأكله من النباتات إلى سلسلة طويلة من البروتينات والدهون والكربوهيدرات التي يحتاجها الإنسان في طعامه كاللبن واللحم ، لذلك صممت هذه الدراسة إلى جمع وكتابة أحدث ما وصل إليه العلم في مجال التركيب الكيميائي الحيوي للبن الأنعام ( الإبل، الأبقار، الأغنام والماعز)، ومن المتوقع أن تساهم النتائج المستخلصة من هذه  الدراسة فى زيادة المعلومات الغذائية عن اللبن ، والاستفادة من التوصيات المقترحة ، وتطبيقها في  برامج تثقيفية توعوية من جهة،  بالإضافة إلى استعراض وبيان الإعجاز العلمي للبن هذه  الأنعام من جهة أخرى ، راجين الله سبحانه وتعالى أن ينفع به الكثير ، وأن يكون خالصاً لوجهه الكريم، فهو نعم المولى ونعم النصير.  

Allah the Almighty has commanded us to contemplate His creations, reflect on His fine craftsmanship, and use our minds, thoughts, and conscience to understand their meanings. Among these creatures are livestock, which have the ability to convert the plants they eat into a long chain of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates that humans need in their food, such as milk and meat. Therefore, this study was designed to collect and write the latest scientific findings in the field of the biochemical composition of livestock milk (camels, cows, sheep, and goats). It is expected that the results extracted from this study will contribute to increasing nutritional information about milk, benefiting from the proposed recommendations, and applying them in educational and awareness programs on the one hand, in addition to reviewing and explaining the scientific miracle of the milk of these livestock on the other hand. We hope that Allah the Almighty will benefit many with it, and that it will be purely for His sake, for He is the best Master and the best Supporter.
