قراءة في العلاقة القائمة بين اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والحركة الدولية للصليب والهلال الأحمرين

إن العلاقة القائمة بين اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر والحركة الدولية للصليب الاحمر والهلال الاحمرين هي علاقة تكامل باعتبار ان اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر هي المؤسس للحركة الدولية للصليب الاحمر والهلال الاحمر فكل اطار يقوم بالمهام التي يضطلع بها والتي وإن كانت مختلفة بناءا على النظام الاساسي للحركة الدولية  استقلال كل مكون من مكونات الحركة مع التأكيد على أهمية التعاون بينهم من أجل هدف وحيد وهو حماية الانسان وصحته وضمان كرامته الانسانية وتخفيف المعاناة بدون اي تمييز مستند على جنسيته أو معتقداته الدينية أو اللون أو الانتماءات السياسية  للإنسان
