التعليم الإلكتروني في زمن جائحة كورونا

يحاول هذا البحث أن يعالج موضوع التعليم الالكتروني خصوصا في ظل جائحة كورونا باعتبار أن التعليم الذي يقدم محتوى تعليمي عبر الوسائط الالكترونية مثل الانترنت أو الشاشات أو الأقمار الاصطناعية أو الأشرطة السمعية البصرية، من خلاله يتم تجاوز مشكلة التوقف والإغلاق الكلي عبر تقديم طريقه جديدة في التعليم، من خلال استخدام آليات الاتصال الحديثة في الحاسوب والشبكة والوسائط المتعددة من أجل إيصال المعلومات للمتعلمين في أسرع وقت وأقل تكلفة بصورة تمكن من إدارة العملية التعليمية وقياس وتقييم أداء المتعلمين.

This research attempts to address the issue of e-learning, especially in light of the Corona pandemic, considering that education that provides educational content via electronic media such as the internet, screens, satellites, or audio-visual tapes, through it the problem of complete suspension and closure is overcome by providing a new method of education, through the use of modern communication mechanisms in computers, the network, and multimedia to deliver information to learners in the fastest time and at the lowest cost in a way that enables the management of the educational process and the measurement and evaluation of learners’ performance.
