الإرهاب الإلكتروني وأثره في الإخلال بالضرورات الخمس

هذه الدراسة تناولت مفهوم الإرهاب الإلكتروني، وعلاقته بالمصطلحات ذات الصلة، وخصائصه، ونشأته، وأسبابه، وأهدافه، وأساليبه، وأدواته، مع الكشف عن أوجه تأثيره في اختلال الضرورات الخمس، وسبل مكافحته، وسلكت الدراسة في عرض مادتها منهجًا وصفيًّا تحليليًّا، وتوصَّلت إلى جملة من النتائج المهمة، والتوصيات النافعة.

This study addresses the concept of cyber terrorism, its relationship to related terms, its characteristics, origins, causes, objectives, methods, and tools, while revealing its impact on the disruption of the five necessities and ways to combat it. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach in presenting its material, and reached a number of important results and useful recommendations.
