مساهمة في دراسة احصائية واستبيانيه لسرطان الثدي في بلدية تراغن

يعد السرطان مشكلة صحية كبيرة , فهو ثاني سبب رئيسي للوفيات في العالم حيث أودي بحياة 8.8 مليون شخص سنة 2015,السرطان موجود طوال التاريخ البشري , لكن وجد أول تسجيل تاريخي مكتوب عن السرطان في عام 1600ق.م,إن السرطان مجموعة من الأمراض التي تتميز خلاياها بالعدائية، وهو النمو والانقسام العشوائي وقدرة هذه الخلايا المنقسمة على غزو أنسجة مجاورة وتدميرها، أو الانتقال إلى الأنسجة البعيدة في عملية نطلق عليها أسم النقيلة، وهذه القدرات هي صفات الورم الخبيث على عكس الورم الحميد والذي يتميز بنمو محدد وعدم القدرة على الغزو،وليس له القدرة على الانتقال ،كما يمكن تطور الورم الحميد إلى ورم خبيث في بعض الأحيان, لقد تناولنا في دراستنا هده أخد إحصائيات الإمراض المسرطنة  منتشرة في بلدية ( تراغن )  بي  مستشفى تراغن التعليمي من سنة 2010 إلى 2020 ,من خلال نتائج بحث الاستبيان تم تجميع عدد (43) حالة من سكان هذه البلدية ( تراغن ) حيث بلغة نسبة النساء إلى الذكور (39.5% – 60.4%) .

أن سرطان الثدي الأكثر شيوعاً، بعدها يأتي سرطان القولون في المرتبة الثانية ، ثم سرطان البروستاتا، ثم يأتي سرطان الرحم, حيث ﺇﻟﻘيا الضوء علي السرطان الثدي أكثر على الموضوع نظرا للأهمية البالغة من الجانب الصحي سواء المحلي أو الوطني .

Cancer is a major health problem, the second leading cause of death in the world, claiming the lives of 8.8 million people in 2015. Cancer has existed throughout human history, but the first written historical record of cancer was found in 1600 BC. Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by aggressive cells, which is the random growth and division and the ability of these dividing cells to invade and destroy neighboring tissues, or move to distant tissues in a process we call metastasis. These abilities are the characteristics of a malignant tumor, unlike a benign tumor, which is characterized by specific growth and the inability to invade, and does not have the ability to move. A benign tumor can sometimes develop into a malignant tumor. In this study, we have taken some statistics of cancerous diseases prevalent in the municipality of (Tragn) at the Tragn Teaching Hospital from 2010 to 2020. Through the results of the questionnaire research, a number of (43) cases were collected from the residents of this municipality (Tragn), where the ratio of women to men reached (39.5%). - 60.4%).

Breast cancer is the most common, followed by colon cancer, prostate cancer, and uterine cancer. Breast cancer has received more attention due to its significant importance from a local and national health perspective.
