  • Opinions of jurisprudential schools of thought and their evidence regarding the ruling on tawarruq.
    • Overview:

In our research, we dealt with the subject of tawarruq and its contemporary applications in the light of Islamic jurisprudence. There is no doubt that tawarruq is a jurisprudential term that was used by the scholars of the scholars, and what they mean by it is “that a person buys a commodity on credit, then sells it to someone other than its seller for cash for less than he bought it with, in order to obtain the cash.” “. This idiomatic concept is derived from the linguistic meaning of the word. The majority of Hanafi, Shafi’i, Maliki and Hanbali jurists in the madhhab went to the permissibility of tawarruq, and Ibn Taymiyyah disagreed with them, and he went to dislike it, which is a narration on the authority of Ahmad, and it was narrated that he chose his sanctity, which is a third narration on the authority of Ahmad. Ibn al-Qayyim accepted the doctrine of his sheikh Ibn Taymiyyah by prohibiting this transaction. After looking and contemplating the evidence of the two parties and discussing them with fairness and impartiality, it appeared to us that the arguments of the majority of jurists who permit tawarruq are valid and strong, safe from revenue on them, unlike the evidence of those who prevent them, which are weak and flimsy. After an extensive discussion of the organized banking tawarruq, it became clear to us that its Shari’a ruling – if all its contracts and promises are signed in a Shari’a manner – is permissibility and legitimacy, provided that the commodity or commodities that the customer buys is sold to a third party, the bank has nothing to do with it, and that the transaction is not transferred in any way. The objections are the return of the commodity to its seller at an immediate price less than what he sold it for on credit. And tawarruq and its rulings are an important and practical topic in our society, and that Islamic banks use tawarruq in their daily transactions, and our research on tawarruq includes the definition of tawarruq, the relationship of tawarruq to selling in-kind, the conditions for the permissibility of tawarruq, the ruling on selling tawarruq and pictures of selling tawarruq, contemporary applications of tawarruq, organized banking tawarruq.

  • Employment to the cube strategy and its impact on developing productive thinking among fifth grade literary students Teaching mathematics according.
    • Overview:

The current research aims to identify:

Employment according to the cube strategy and its impact on Teaching mathematics developing productive thinking among fifth grade literary students

To verify the aim of the research, the researcher developed the following null hypothesis:

There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) Between the average grades of the female students of the experimental group who study mathematics using the cube strategy in developing productive thinking and the average grades of the female students of the control group who study mathematics in the traditional method

To achieve this, the researcher chose an experimental design with a partial control and defined randomly, the Somer preparatory, in the same way, he chose division (A) to represent the control group that studies mathematics subject according to the regular method, and the (C) Division to represent the experimental group that studies mathematics according to the cube strategy has reached a sample The research (58) is a student, with (29) students of the Division (A), and (29) students of the Division (c

The researcher conducted a statistically equivalent between students of the two research groups in the following variables:

(The age of the students is calculated in the months, the degrees of mathematics in the half -year for the academic year 2022-2023 AD, the degrees of intelligence test, the productive thinking test, and the academic achievement of the father and the mother).

After determining the subject, which will be studied during the period of the experiment represented in the three classes of the natural mathematics book to be taught to the fifth -grade literary students (first, second, third). He justified behavioral goals for the three seasons, numbering (120) behaviors, according to the six levels of the classification of Bloom, then prepared teaching plans for the topics to be taught to the two research groups (15) planning, and presented examples of them to a group of experts and arbitrators specializing in mathematics and methods of teaching mathematics and educational and psychological sciences

To analyze the results, the researcher used the following statistical methods: (T-test equation for two independent samples, the square of (Ka2), the Pearson correlation coefficient, the discriminatory power equation, and the Sipperman and Brown correction equation).

The researcher reached the following result:

      – There is a difference It is statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of the female students of the experimental group who study mathematics using the cube strategy in developing productive thinking and the average grades of the female students of the control group who study mathematics in the traditional way, in favor of the experimental group

In light of the result of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including:

1- Informing the mathematics teachers and its teachers about the mechanisms of using the cube strategy and how to prepare it.

      I suggested studies, including    :

1- Conducting other studies to reveal the effectiveness of the cube strategy in other variables such as (achievement, sports skills, and creative thinking development).

  • The problem of interpretation without knowledge: An analytical study of the schools of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an
    • Overview:

This study seeks to clarify the interpretation of the Qur’an, its importance, its purpose, and to reveal the mechanism of transferring the prophetic clarification of the Holy Qur’an and its continuity until the day of resurrection. Scholars have spoken about the principles of interpretation, of which the most important is the interpretation of the Qur’an by the Qur’an itself. The Qur’an explains itself, introduces itself, and opens the doors of its sciences, whereas the responsibility of explaining the Holy Qur’an falls upon the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family. Allah Almighty says: {And We have sent down to you the Remembrance to make clarify to the people what has been revealed to you, so that they may reflect} and Allah Almighty Obligated His servants by saying: {And what the Messenger has given you, take it …}, his saying : {Obey Allah and obey the Messenger}, and His saying: {Whoever obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah} There is, in fact, no disagreement regarding this, but the disagreement stems from what is attributed to him, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family. The Messenger’s clarification, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, is known through understanding his movement, understanding his methods, and realizing the level of greatness in his personality. As for the mechanism by which the prophetic clarification was transferred to people, Allah Almighty referred to by saying: {Then We gave as inheritance to the Book those whom We had chosen from among Our servants}. Inheriting the Book means inheriting its clarification and knowledge. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, conveyed and clarified the duality of the Book and the models that carry out the explanation of this Book. Based on the overall movement of the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, emerged models that carry out Quranic awareness and understanding, and the ability to interact with the Quranic text, and how to deduce from it. Similarly, these models appeared in his family, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, would send some of his family members to countries and regions to deliver his message. As for the Arabic language, it is an essential source in interpreting the Book of Allah Almighty: {Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an so that you may understand}, meaning knowing the style of the language, the essence of the language, the ways of the Arabs in communicating with each other. As for the interpretation based on opinion, there is disagreement over it as it means arriving at the meaning of the verses by relying on the rules of science and the Arabic language, scrutinizing the verses, contemplating and pondering upon what is hidden and ambiguous in order to understand their meanings.

  • The role of drug addiction treatment centres in Sudanese law
    • Overview:

Drugs are considered as the biggest disaster that facing societies in the world and according to the last reports for 2022, there are 269 people who are using drugs and 35 million suffer from drugs _use disorders according to the latest report issued by the United Nations office on drugs and crime, these studies con firm that the youth, adolescents, woman is larger.  The rate of abuse is expected to increase with the war in Sudan due to the high rates of unemployment.

The truth is that the spread of drugs reached all countries of the world including Arab countries and especially Sudan. many studies show that the spread of addicts has become an issue that requires a set of solution the most important of which are strict regulation and legislations. I thank god that Sudan has put regulations, it is very strict with dealers and the drug control agencies among the most successful security agencies and their effort as give great in detective drugs. however, on the other hand the percentages of addicts and those who’s conditions turn into psychological illnesses has increased and their families are looking for solution.

Treatment which is not available in other than government hospital affiliated to the ministry of health, (Baashar, Tigani Almahi, Noor Alhoda) which have limited capacities, and some wards in some private hospitals which are high cost and with the increasing numbers of addiction and mental illnesses’ the government agreed privet sector with the opportunity to participate in establishing hospitals or specialized treatment centres. However, unfortunately we have not seen major initiatives from the private sector to invest in this field despite its economic feasibility. I recently  reviewed a study  prepared by private university which presented an economic study with positive indicator of profitability  due to the increase of the number of seekers of treatment services from addiction psychological treatment which all governmental hospitals can’t accommodate for treatment nor the addiction and psychological treatment  department in some private hospitals, and this promps me to  represent  the  issue to the privet  sector or to some Sudanese investment funds to establish  specialized hospitals to treat addiction and mental illnesses in some areas outside the noise of cities.
