The understanding of the predecessors of the matter (a descriptive and analytical study)

• الْأَمْرُ هُوَ: قَوْلٌ يَسْتَدْعِي بِهِ الْقَائِلُ الْفِعْلَ مِمَّنْ هُوَ دُونَهُ .
• اتفق السلف على أن للأمر صيغة، وأن هذه الصيغة بمجردها تدل على الأمر، وهذه الصيغة هي: فعل الأمر ، وفعل المضارع المقرون بلام الأمر ليفعل للغائب ، واسم فعل الأمر ، والمصدر النائب مناب الأمر .
• مذهب السلف :صيغة الأمر المطلقة المتجردة عن القرائن تفيد الوجوب .
• فهم السلف الصالح : أن الأمر بعد الحظر ترفع الحظر المتقدم وتعيد الفعل إلى ما كان عليه .
• قهم السلف الصالح : الأمر المطلق يقتضي التكرار.
• فهم السلف الصالح :  الأمر يقتضي الفور .
• فهم السلف أن الكفار مخاطبون بفروع الشريعة .
• فهم السلف الصالح : ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب .
