Abstract
This research study aims to provide an understanding of the concept of the state in Malek Bennabi's civilizational project and to outline the most important general principles for building a democratic state.
Building a state begins with educating the human being who will bear the responsibility and trust.
Among the most prominent foundations for building a civil, democratic state in Malek Bennabi's thought are the following: consultation, democracy, constitutional legitimacy, freedom, equality, human dignity, and social justice.
ترمي هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى تقديم قراءة حول مفهوم الدولة في المشروع الحضاري عند مالك بن نبي، وبيان أهم المبادئ العامة لبناء دولة ديمقراطية.
إن بناء الدولة يبدأ بتربية الإنسان الذي سيتحمل الأمانة والمسؤولية.
إن من أبرز أسس بناء دولة مدنية ديمقراطية في فكر مالك بن نبي ما يلي: الشورى والديمقراطية والشرعية الدستورية والحرية والمساواة والكرامة الإنسانية والعدالة الاجتماعية.
