دور صفحات الفيسبوك الجزائرية في ترسيخ المبادئ الأساسية لحقوق المرأة ذات الإعاقة صفحة ” مجموعة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والمعاقين في الجزائر” أنموذجا

سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق لمعرفة أهم القوانين الجزائرية التي تؤكد على أهم المبادئ الأساسية الخاصة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بصفة عامة والمرأة المعاقة بصفة خاصة. ثم محاولة تحليل مضامين صفحة الفايسبوك الجزائرية والمعنونة بـ “مجموعة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والمعاقين في الجزائر” من جانفي 2022 إلى ديسمبر 2022. بالتركيز على المضامين المتعلقة بالمرآة المعاقة ومدى مساهمة هذه المضامين الرقمية في ترسيخ المبادئ السالفة الذكر من القوانين والتشريعات الجزائرية لدى المتلقي (المستخدم والمتصفح)، من خلال توزيع استمارة بحثية على عينة من المتتبعين لهذه الصفحة، باستخدام المنهج المسحي كونها تنتمي للدراسات الوصفية.

Through this study, we will attempt to identify the most important Algerian laws that emphasize the most important basic principles related to people with special needs in general and women with disabilities in particular. We will then attempt to analyze the content of the Algerian Facebook page titled "Group of People with Special Needs and Disabilities in Algeria" from January 2022 to December 2022, focusing on content related to women with disabilities and the extent to which this digital content contributes to consolidating the aforementioned principles of Algerian laws and legislation among the recipient (user and browser). This will be achieved by distributing a research questionnaire to a sample of followers of this page, using a survey approach as it is a descriptive study.
