أثر التغير المناخي على الاقتصاد السوداني

تناولت الورقة تأثير التغير المناخي على اقتصاد السودان وهدفت الورقة إلى الي وصف وتحليل اثار التغییر المناخي علي السودان ، وتحدید وتحليل الاثر الاقتصادي لهذه التغيرات استخلاص بعض التوصيات لتقليل اثار التغییر المناخي علي الاقتصاد السوداني واقتراح بعض البحوث المستقبلية في هذا المجال، تستخدم الورقة كل من المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي للتعرف على مفهوم التغير المناخي وتطوره كما تستخدم المنهج التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة للتعرف على مدى تأثير التغير المناخي على اقتصاد السودان، توصلت الورقة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من اهمها ادى انبعاث غاز ثاني اكسيد الكربون إلى طبقات الجو العليا للإسراع وتيره التغير المناخي واثر التغير المناخي سلبا على خفض القطاع النباتي في السودان ، خرجت الورقة بمجموعة من التوصيات من اهمها الاستمرار في دراسة الأقاليم المناخية المختلفة في السودان مع عداد البرامج و الآليات اللازمة لكل منه و وضع برامج تنموية زراعية تأخذ في اعتبارها التغيرات المناخية المتوقعة وتفادي اثارها السلبية.

The paper addressed the impact of climate change on the Sudanese economy. The paper aimed to describe and analyze the effects of climate change on Sudan, identify and analyze the economic impact of these changes, draw some recommendations to reduce the impact of climate change on the Sudanese economy, and propose some future research in this field. The paper uses both the historical and descriptive approaches to understand the concept of climate change and its development. It also uses the analytical approach and the case study approach to identify the extent of the impact of climate change on the Sudanese economy. The paper reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the emission of carbon dioxide into the upper atmosphere has accelerated the pace of climate change and the negative impact of climate change on the reduction of the plant sector in Sudan. The paper came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to continue studying the different climatic regions in Sudan, with the necessary programs and mechanisms for each, and to develop agricultural development programs that take into account the expected climate changes and avoid their negative effects.
