دراسة تأثير الرش الورقي بخميرة الخبز في بعض صفات النمو لشتلات صنفين من نبات الفلفل Capsicum annuum L.

نفذ البحث في محافظة حضرموت مديرية غيل باوزير خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1/3/2023 الى 3/5/2023م لدراسة تأثير فترات الرش بمستخلص خميرة الخبز في بعض صفات النمو لشتلات صنفين هجن من نبات الفلفل هما كافيري (حلو) و رويال هوت (حار) حيث زرعت الشتلات في أكياس بلاستيكية، بتصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة (RCBD) في اربع مكررات وفترات رش أربع (بدون رش، كل أسبوع، اسبوعين، ثلاث أسابيع). بينت النتائج استجابة الصنفين للرش بالخميرة وان رش شتلات الصنف كافيري (حلو) بمستخلص الخميرة أعطى أفضل طول للساق والجذر وعدد الأوراق والوزن الطري والجاف للساق وبفروق معنوية عن الصنف رويال هوت (حار)، في حين أعطت فترة الرش لكل أسبوعين أفضل النتائج في طول الساق والوزن الطري للجذر، بينما كان أعلى طول للجذر والوزن الطري للساق عند فترة الرش كل ثلاثة أسابيع، كما تفوق التداخل في معاملة فترة الرش كل ثلاثة أسابيع والصنف كافيري (حلو) في صفات طول الجذر والساق ووزنه الطري.

The research was carried out in Hadhramaut Governorate, Ghayl Ba Wazir District, during the period from 3/1/2023 to 5/3/2023 AD to study the effect of spraying periods with baker's yeast extract on some growth characteristics of seedlings of two hybrid pepper varieties, namely Kaveri (sweet) and Royal Hot (hot). The seedlings were planted in plastic bags, in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replicates and four spraying periods (no spraying, every week, two weeks, three weeks). The results showed the response of the two cultivars to yeast spraying. Spraying the seedlings of the Caviri (Sweet) cultivar with yeast extract gave the best stem and root length, number of leaves, fresh and dry stem weight, with significant differences from the Royal Hot cultivar. Meanwhile, the two-week spraying period gave the best results in stem length and fresh root weight, while the highest root length and fresh stem weight were at the three-week spraying period. The interaction between the three-week spraying period and the Caviri (Sweet) cultivar was superior in root and stem length and fresh weight.
