دراسة تأثير المواد الكيميائية الفعالة في مسحوق الروبية في حفظ أقراص مفروم لحم الدجاج

الروبية من النباتات ذات خصائص علاجية متعددة ومهمة ومتعارف على
فاعليتها منذ القدم لاستخدامها الواسع ولقد اجريت العديد من الدراسات تثبت
فاعليتها فى المجالات الكيميائية والبيولوجية وفى الصناعات الدوائية والمضادة
للاكسدة والميكروبات، وأهتمت هذه الورقة بدراسة المواد الفعالة الموجودة فى مستخلص
هذه النبتة وكذلك استخدامها كمادة حافظة للاقراص اللحم الدجاج المفروم ، وأوضحت
النتائج المتحصل عليها أن  مسحوق أوراق
نبات الروبية له تأثير مثبط على العدد الكلي للبكتيريا وكذلك بكتيريا القولون عند

AbstractMarrubium
Vulgare is a plant with multiple and important therapeutic properties, and its
effectiveness has been known since ancient times for its wide use. Many studies
have been conducted proving its effectiveness in the chemical and biological
fields and in the pharmaceutical, antioxidant and microbial industries. This
paper was concerned with studying the active substances found in the extract of
this plant, as well as its use as a preservative for meat tablets. Minced

Marrubium Vulgare plant has an inhibitory effect on the total count of bacteria
as well as colon bacteria when used as a preservative for minced chicken meat
