برامج ” MOOC “للتعليم عن بعد نحو عولمة مناهج التعليم العالي: قسم علم المكتبات والتوثيق جامعة أحمد بن بلة01 بوهران نموذجا

لقد أصبح التعليم الالكتروني أو التعليم عن بعد ضرورة حتمية فرضتها تداعيات الحاضر والمستقبل،وخاصة لما تعرض له العالم مؤخرا كأزمة الكوفيد 19 الذي فرض على المؤسسات التعليمية اللجوء لهذه التكنولوجيات وتبنيها لهذا النظام التعليمي من اجل مواصلة مهامها وتقديم خدمات التعليم لطلابها عن بعد ؛ ،ومن ابرز هذه البرامج : MOOC Massive Open Online Course وهو يعني المساق الهائل المفتوح عبر الإنترنت،وهو يعد من أبرز برامج التعليم عن بعد في العالم؛وهذا ما نهدف إلى توضيحه من خلال دراستنا الميدانية والتي تهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى معرفة ما مدى انطباعات طلبة قسم علم المكتبات والتوثيق بجامعة أحمد بن بلة 01 بوهران نحو تقنية MOOC للتعليم عن بعد ؛وما مدى قدرة القسم على تبني هذه التقنية ،من خلال ما وضحته عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في فئة من طلبة ليسانس وماستر 01 بالقسم ؛ والصعوبات التي تقف أمامها لاستخدام هذه التقنية كغيرها من الجامعات العالمية ؛بحيث قد خلصت الدراسة بعدم قدرة قسم علم المكتبات بجامعة أحمد بن بلة بوهران 01 في تبني تقنية MOOC لعدم توفر الإمكانيات والقدرات اللازمة لذلك وأنها تتطلب مجهودات وتكنولوجيا متخصصة لتطبيقها على مستوى القسم ؛لكنها تأمل أن تصل إلى مستوى متطور في مجال التعليم عن بعد.

E-learning or distance learning has become an inevitable necessity imposed by the repercussions of the present and the future, especially with what the world has recently been exposed to, such as the Covid-19 crisis, which forced educational institutions to resort to these technologies and adopt this educational system in order to continue their tasks and provide educational services to their students remotely. Among the most prominent of these programs is: MOOC Massive Open Online Course, which means the massive open online course, which is considered one of the most prominent distance learning programs in the world. This is what we aim to clarify through our field study, which aims primarily to know the extent of the impressions of students of the Department of Library Science and Documentation at Ahmed Ben Bella University 01 in Oran towards MOOC technology for distance learning; and the extent of the department’s ability to adopt this technology, through what was clarified by the study sample represented by a category of Bachelor’s and Master’s 01 students in the department; The difficulties facing it in using this technology like other international universities; the study concluded that the Department of Library Science at Ahmed Ben Bella University in Oran 01 is unable to adopt the MOOC technology due to the lack of the necessary capabilities and capacities for that and that it requires specialized efforts and technology to implement it at the department level; but it hopes to reach an advanced level in the field of distance education.
