عصرنة التعليم عن بعد بين الإيجابيات والسلبيات في الوطن العربي

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة ماهية عصرنة التعليم عن بعد في الوطن العربي، والذي يعد الطريقة الوحيدة في مسايرة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والذي يقوم على تسهيل العملية التعليمية، عبر آليات وسائط متعددة لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، إذ أن التعليم عن بعد أصبح في عالمنا المعاصر ضرورة حتمية تطبقه المؤسسات التعليمية، من اجل تطويرها ومجابهة مختلف الأزمات التي تحل بالمجتمعات. حيث سلطت دراستنا الضوء على تعريف التعليم عن بعد والمفاهيم المرتبطة به (التعليم الالكتروني، التعليم الافتراضي. . . )، وكذلك نشأته وتطوره، وتبيان أهم إيجابياته وسلبياته، وتقديم نماذج رقمنة التعليم عن بعد في بعض بلدان الوطن العربي.

The study aims to identify the nature of modernization of distance education in the Arab world, which is the only way to keep pace with higher education and scientific research, and which is based on facilitating the educational process, through multiple media mechanisms of information and communication technology. In our contemporary world, distance education has become an inevitable necessity implemented by educational institutions, in order to develop them and confront the various crises that befall societies. Our study sheds light on the definition of distance education and the concepts associated with it (e-learning, virtual education, etc.), as well as its origin and development, highlighting its most important advantages and disadvantages, and presenting models of digitizing distance education in some Arab countries.
