فقـــــه التوقع وأثره في الخطاب الدعــــوي

يسعى البحث إلى دراسة مصطلح فقه التوقع من حيث مفهومه وأهمتيه ومشروعيته من جهة، وبيان علاقته وأثره في الخطاب الدعوي من جهة أخرى، ذلك أن فقه التوقع له بعدان: بعد مآلي، وبعد استشرافي، فمن خلال البعد المآلي يمكن ضبط الخطاب الدعوي وتوجيهه وترشيده، وذلك بالنظر في المآلات واعتبار النتائج المتوقعة والآثار المرتقبة… ومن خلال البعد الاستشرافي المستقبلي لفقه التوقع يمكن تطوير الخطاب الدعوي وتجديده خاصة من ناحية وسائله وأساليبه وآلياته. 

This research aims to study the concept, significance, and legitimacy of the term “Fiqh al-Tawaqqu’ (The Jurisprudence of Expectation)”, as well as to explore its relationship and impact on (Da’wah) discourse. The research highlights that Fiqh al-Tawaqqu’ has two main dimensions: the first is “consequential,” where it helps regulate, direct, and guide Da’wah discourse by considering expected outcomes and potential impacts. The second dimension is “prospective,” where it can contribute to the development and renewal of Da’wah discourse, particularly in terms of methods, approaches, and techniques. The study emphasizes how Fiqh al-Tawaqqu’ can be utilized to make Da’wah discourse more effective and adaptable to future changes.
