البيئة والأمن الإنساني

يهدف هذا البحث من جهة أولى إلى محاولة إضفاء مفهوم جديد للمفهوم الإنساني بعيدا عن المفهوم التقليدي للأمن، ومن جهة ثانية يسعى إلى بيان أن تحقيق الأمن الإنساني بكل مكوناته وأبعاده وتطلعاته التي يستلهمها من أجل تحقيق وترسيخ تلك المعاني السامية التي يسعى لتحقيقها، ومن جهة ثالثة يرمي هذا البحث إلى طرح رؤى الدول والمنظمات العالمية والإقليمية لتحديد مفهوم الأمن الإنساني وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وفق بيئة صحية وسليمة.

This research aims, on the first hand, to try to

introduce a new concept to the human concept away from the traditional concept of security. On the second hand, it seeks to show that achieving human security with all its components, dimensions, and aspirations that it inspires in order to achieve and consolidate those lofty meanings that it seeks to achieve.
