التعليم عن بعد في العالم، التطور التاريخي والأهمية المحورية

تنتمي دراستنا هذه إلى مجال الديموغرافيا التربوية وبالضبط الميدان المعرفي علم السكان فيما يخص التربية والتعليم الملازمين لحياة الفرد في مجتمعه وفق السن والنوع والخصائص العامة، فنستعرض عبر طيات هذه الدراسة مسألة التعليم عن بعد بصفة عامة من حيث تاريخ النشأة والمفاهيم والطرق والأساليب والتطورات الحاصلة في هذا الميدان والسياسات المتبعة لمواكبة محاور التنمية المستدامة والاندماج الاجتماعي في البلدان وخاصة التي تعاني الصراعات السياسية والعسكرية والخاسر الوحيد ضمنها هو الفرد وبيئته. التطرق أيضا إلى التحديات التي واجهها التعليم عن بعد في البلد، كما نتطرق إلى التجربة المنتهجة في الجزائر حول تمكين القطاعات التعليمية وخاصة التعليم العالي (تقنية موودل) من مختلف تكنولوجيات الرقمنة والتعليم عن بعد بمختلف إجراءاته ومساعيه خاصة بعد معاناة العالم أجمع من جائحة كورونا التي ألزمت جل البلدان من اتخاذ مختلف التدابير لكيلا يتوقف العلم والتعلم.

This study falls within the field of educational demography, specifically the cognitive field of demography, with regard to education and teaching that accompany the individual's life in his society according to age, gender, and general characteristics. Through this study, we review the issue of distance education in general in terms of its history, concepts, methods, approaches, and developments in this field, as well as the policies adopted to keep pace with the axes of sustainable development and social integration in countries, especially those suffering from political and military conflicts, where the only losers are the individual and their environment. We also address the challenges faced by distance education in the country, and the experience adopted in Algeria in empowering the educational sectors, especially higher education (Moodle technology), with various digital technologies and distance education with its various procedures and endeavors, especially after the entire world suffered from the Corona pandemic, which required most countries to take various measures to ensure that science and learning did not stop.
