رقمنه التعليم العالي في الجزائر بين التحديات والمعيقات

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ممارسة الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر وتبيان استخداماتها وأهم النماذج من خلال تطبيقاتها لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والإتصال واعتمادها على التقنيات الحديثة و سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز الجوانب المرتبطة بماهية الرقمنة ببيان تعريفها وخصائصها و أهميتها  و ماهية التعليم العالي بتوضيح مفهومه وأنواعه و أهدافه وكذا التعرف على كل من إيجابيات وسلبيات رقمنه التعليم العالي و تسليط الضوء على نشأة و تطور رقمنه التعليم العالي في الجزائر و العوامل التي دفعتها لتبني رقمنه التعليم العالي و تبيان الأهمية الناجمة عن تطبيقها و عرض مختلف النماذج و التطبيقات التي اعتمدت عليها الجزائر في رقمنه تعليمها العالي و الكشف عن مختلف التحديات و المعيقات التي واجهت الجزائر أثناء رقمتنها لمختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي .

This study aims to identify the practice of digitization in the higher education sector in Algeria and to clarify its uses and the most important models through its applications of information and communication technologies and its reliance on modern technologies. The study sought to identify the most prominent aspects related to the nature of digitization by stating its definition, characteristics, importance and the nature of higher education by clarifying its concept, types and objectives, as well as identifying both the positives and negatives of digitizing higher education and shedding light on the emergence and development of digitizing higher education in Algeria and the factors that prompted it to adopt digitizing higher education and clarifying the importance resulting from its application and presenting the various models and applications that Algeria relied on in digitizing its higher education and revealing the various challenges and obstacles that Algeria faced during its digitization of various higher education institutions.
