إسهامات التعليم الرقمي في صناعة اقتصاد المعرفة في المملكة العربية السعودية – دراسة تحليلية –

نهدف من خلال  هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الكيفية التي ساهم بها التعليم الرقمي في خلق الثروة وبناء المجتمع المعرفي، وتشخيص مؤشرات الاقتصاد المعرفي، ودلك بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في تحليل البيانات والاحصائيات المأخوذة من مواقع متخصصة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عملية الإصلاح الشامل المستمرة لنظام التعليم السعودي تم إدخالها حديثا، في صميم المبادرات المتعلقة بالتعليم الثانوي لإعداد الطلاب لكل من التعليم العالي وسوق العمل، حيث تم تبني التغييرات في المناهج وطرق التدريس، لأجل تعزيز أداء الطلاب للاحتفاظ بالمعرفة وتعزيز المشاركة في الأنشطة اللاصفية والعمل التطوعي ومبادرات التعلم الإلكتروني، وكذلك تعزيز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال، مع التركيز على محو الأمية الرقمية، حيث دخلت وزارة التربية والتعليم في شراكة مع شركات عالمية رائدة في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني لإطلاق منصة مسارات التعلم المرنة، مما دعم التعليم المستمر وتعليم الكبار،  وأدى إلى خفض الأمية بنسبة 3.7٪، وتعتبر المؤسسة العامة للتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني أكبر شركة في المملكة العربية السعودية، تولد مداخيل بقيمة 1.3٪ من إجمالي قيمة الإنتاج، كما انه من المتوقع أن تصل عائدات صناعة “التعليم” في المملكة العربية السعودية إلى ما يقرب من خمسة (5) مليار دولار أمريكي بحلول عام 2024.

Through this study, we aim to understand how digital education has contributed to creating wealth and building a knowledge society, and to diagnose indicators of the knowledge economy, relying on the analytical approach in analyzing data and statistics taken from specialized websites. The study concluded that the ongoing comprehensive reform process of the Saudi education system has recently been introduced, at the heart of initiatives related to secondary education to prepare students for both higher education and the labor market. Changes in curricula and teaching methods have been adopted to enhance student performance in retaining knowledge and promoting participation in extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and e-learning initiatives, as well as promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, with a focus on digital literacy. The Ministry of Education has partnered with leading global companies in the field of e-learning to launch the Flexible Learning Paths platform, which has supported continuing education and adult education, and led to a 3.7% reduction in illiteracy. The General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training is the largest company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, generating revenues worth 1.3% of the total value of production. It is also expected that the revenues of the “education” industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will reach approximately five (5) billion US dollars. By 2024.
