التأصيل المفاهيمي للتعليم عن بعد

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على التعلم عن بعد الذي ولجته البلاد خلال الفترة الاخيرة بفعل جائحة كورونا وابراز مختلف المفاهيم والايجابيات والدور الذي يمكن ان يقدمه هذا النوع من التعلم كبديل عن التعليم التقليدي الذي بينت الجائحة مدى هشاشته وتأثره بتداعيات الوباء، وما يمكن ان يقدمه ايضا للجامعة واصبح يستهدف المؤسسات التعليمية اليوم بوصفه نظام تفاعلي واكثر توافق مع متطلبات العصر الجديد المبني على التفاعل والكفاءة والجدارة والفعالية والتحدي.

ومحاولة الوقوف على الصعوبات والمعيقات التي تحول دون نجاعة هذا الاخير داخل المؤسسات التعليمية والجامعية بشكل عام وذلك للاستفادة منه ومن اثاره الايجابية حاليا ومستقبلا .

This study aims to shed light on the distance learning the country has recently adopted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It highlights the various concepts, advantages, and role this type of learning can offer as an alternative to traditional education, the fragility of which has been exposed by the pandemic and its impact. It also examines what distance learning can offer to universities, targeting educational institutions today as an interactive system more compatible with the requirements of the new era, built on interaction, efficiency, merit, effectiveness, and challenge. The study also attempts to identify the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of distance learning within educational institutions and universities in general, in order to benefit from it and its positive impacts now and in the future.
